Retailer Discount Schedule

Qualifying Buyers: A retailer purchases books for resale to the end user.

Terms: Books may be purchased on account at net 30 from date of invoice, upon submission of resale license number and three trade references.

Shipping: Shipping is charged on all orders.

Damaged Books: Occasionally books are damaged in transit. Please call 800-959-5549 within 10 days for authorization to return. TTPP will not pay for return shipping charges without prior authorization.

Short Shipments: You must make a claim within 15 days.

Returns:

(a) Prior authorization is required before you return books.

(b) Overstock may be returned for credit on future orders if (1) the books were purchased on a returnable basis, (2) the books are still in print, (3) it is within 12 months of the invoice date and (4) the books must be in resalable condition. "Resalable condition" means resalable as new to a retailer,without scratches, bent corners, or other noticeable damage. You will receive a Credit Invoice showing credit denied or allowed. If you wish to have the non-resalable books shipped back to you at your expense, you must notify us within 30 daye of the date of above-mentioned statement.

(c) A copy of the original invoice or a credit invoice must accompany the return. Returns without documentation will be subject to a charge back of 10% of retail price.

(d) Books must be shipped by traceable carrier; USPS parcel post is unacceptable because of the high rate of damage.
